Is MSH Realty Group raising capital right now?
MSH Realty Group is a privately held Iowa LLC and is not making a public offering. We are building relationships with investors who would like to be considered for future opportunities. When an opportunity is available, we share details directly and only through formal documentation.
Who can invest with MSH?
Eligibility depends on how a specific opportunity is structured. Many private real estate offerings are limited to accredited investors. We will walk you through the requirements for any opportunity we present.
How does MSH use AI?
Our AI-driven Underwriting Engine assesses more than 500 market and property variables (comparable rents, neighborhood trends, renovation costs, taxes, insurance and vacancy risk) and scores each opportunity against our buy criteria. Our team then verifies every recommendation in person. The technology informs decisions; people make them.
Where and what do you invest in?
We focus on single-family and small multifamily rental properties in Iowa, in established neighborhoods with durable rental demand, held for the long term.
Is there a minimum investment?
Minimums vary by opportunity and are disclosed in the documents for that opportunity. We’re happy to talk through what typical structures look like on an introductory call.
